That which you are seeking
is seeking you.
~ Jalal al-Din Rumi
Remember Who You Are
Beneath the noise, beneath the old stories,
beneath the patterns you repeat to stay safe,
there is a presence within you that has never been lost—
quiet, luminous, whole.
My work is to help you slow down,
turn inward,
and remember the sacred Self at your center—
through psychedelic facilitation, Internal Family Systems (IFS),
and spiritual direction.
Here, healing is not an escape from life,
but a deep re-entry,
a gentle homecoming,
a sacred re-beginning.
If something in you is stirring—
a whisper, a longing, a quiet yes—
maybe it’s time to remember.
The Invitation
There comes a time when the old ways of coping no longer carry us forward.
When the ache for connection outgrows our need for protection.
When the soul whispers, *there is more.*
Your longing isn’t wrong; it’s the doorway.
This is the threshold of awakening — a moment of grace asking for courage, tenderness, and truth.
Together, we create a space where it’s safe to explore — to listen.
To turn toward what has been exiled.
To meet the sacred not in some distant heaven, but in the quiet intelligence and subtle sensations that move through you.
The Work - Psychedelic Facilitation and IFS Counseling in Colorado
Your journey is unique, but the essence of this work remains the same:
to illuminate what has been hidden and welcome what has been wounded.
Whether through the embodied depth of psychedelic ceremony, the inner clarity of IFS and somatic work, the contemplative stillness of spiritual direction, or the grounding presence of nature itself, each pathway becomes a door for remembering.
Together, they soften our defenses, welcome our disowned parts, and allow your own Self-energy to lead the way home.
A guided, trauma-aware ceremonial space for working with psychedelic sacraments. Together we move at the pace of your system, honoring what arises with care, presence, and deep respect.
A therapeutic process for meeting the many parts within you that have tried to keep you safe in ways that no longer serve you. As your own Self-energy comes forward—clear, compassionate, curious—these parts can finally soften, unburden, and relax.
Spiritual companionship (also known as spiritual direction) is a contemplative process for connecting with the Sacred within and around you. Through curiosity, contemplation, and devotion, you come to recognize the wisdom within you and remember that you’ve never been alone.
Ketamine and cannabis-assisted guidance invites you to soften the mind’s grip and enter direct contact with the body, where overwhelming experiences are often stored. As sensations and emotions long held below awareness surface safely, they create space for unwinding, release, and gentle assimilation. Together we move at the body’s pace, allowing each wave to move through and offering a depth of relief and integration that thought alone cannot reach.
Somatic release helps you shift from analyzing your pain to sensing it, honoring the body as the place where overwhelm is held. Like a ball pressed beneath water, trapped tension demands effort until you stop resisting; then, guided by the body’s wisdom, what once overwhelmed begins to unwind. With curiosity and courage, the body leads you toward relief and integration, offering a freedom thought alone cannot reach.
Wilderness practice invites you to slow down, notice, and let the natural world reflect the deeper movements of your inner life. As you attune to its rhythms—the shedding of leaves, the patience of winter, the ebb and flow of tides—you learn to honor your own seasons of release, rest, and renewal. Whether through short sessions outdoors or deeper immersion, the wild offers a spaciousness that helps you see more clearly and remember your belonging.
The Path Forward
Awakening is not a single event, but a living relationship — between your humanity and your divinity, your past and your becoming.
Here, you are invited to slow down. To breathe. To remember that everything you seek already lives within you.
When we learn to listen deeply, the sacred reveals itself everywhere — in tears and laughter, in silence and song, in the wounding and the healing, in the ordinary moments that shimmer with divine presence.
Begin Your Journey
If you feel the stirring — that quiet knowing that it’s time to remember — I welcome you.
You are not broken down. You are broken open.
You are unfolding… becoming.
And the journey begins within.
